If you have questions about your order, or if you have missing or damaged items, there are 3 options to answer your concerns:

1.  Call your schools fundraising representative listed on the cover sheet received with your brochure - or - fill out the following form and submit it to your school's office with your concern or question.  Print Form

2.  Email us at info@fundraisers.org with your question.  Include your School Name, Your Student's Name, Class and Teacher, Your Name, Address, Phone Number, Cell Number, Email Address, Item # in question.  We will contact your school representative.

3.  Fax us the information on the following form
